Now for the legal bit.. (sorry, we don't like this bit either, but it is important):

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your cake order, with the balance to be paid in full and final settlement, 14 days before your celebratory event.

If in the event of cancellation of your cake order, a £10.00 admin charge will be added to your non-refundable deposit. However, if you have made additional payments above and beyond your deposit, towards your cake, these will be refunded to you without question, minus the £10.00 admin charge.

In order to help our budget conscious customers, we accept installments of part payments, towards your overall total cake price. This will be discussed at your pre-arranged appointment.

We will make every effort to accommodate your payment installment structure, according to your budget and this will be discussed at your design appointment. Please allow enough time between placing your cake order and the 14 day cut off period, to allow for enough installments to cover the cost.

We really do understand that in todays budget conscious market, making installments in payment towards the cake that you 'would like to have' is an agreeable option for our customers, as opposed to those cakes which are 'a second best' option, because of the price.

We will not charge you any added extras for paying by installments, but please note that we reserve the right to change this rule if the market dictates this. Please also be aware of our deposit rule, as mentioned above.
